Sean O'Neill is a 4th Dan Black Belt in Kickboxing and a former Irish, 5 Nations and World Kickboxing Champion. He was the first ever Irish athlete to gain a college scholarship for Kickboxing and won Waterford Institute of Technology 1st year Sports Person of the Year in 2010.

Sean has a level 8 Honours degree in Exercise and Health studies. He's a qualified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, first aider, fully garda vetted and certified in child protection. Sean is the owner of O'Neill Fitness in Oldcastle, Co. Meath and the chief kickboxing instructor.

O'Neill Fitness has produced multiple champions since opening it doors in 2015 and will continue to build on this success.
