Aidan Whelan is a 3rd Dan Black Belt. He started his training in martial arts in 1996. He took over the running of the club from his instructor in April 2007.

Aidan had been teaching for 15 yrs now.

His main style is kickboxing, but has trained in taekwondo and boxing.

He is certified in boxing as a level 1 IABA Boxing Coach, first aider, Child protection and is fully garda vetted.
