Bernard Brady is a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Kickboxing and he runs clubs in  Castletownbere & Bantry in Co Cork and Kenmare in Co Kerry.
Bernard is also an advanced Sports & Exercise Nutritional Advisor Level 6, an EQF Level 3 Fitness Instructor, certified in Personal & Group Training, a former KBI National Champion and former Wako Silver Medalist and coach to several World Gold, Silver & Bronze Medalists.
Hes also certified in IFT Studio Cycle, Olympic Lifting, Sports & Team Training, Group Box Training and Pad Work Ring Craft.
Hes certified in Child Safety level 1 & 2, Coaching Level 1, a Covid Safety Officer and fully Garda Vetted.
