Paul Charnock runs the "Combative Self Defence, Ireland" club in Swinford, Co Mayo and incorporates a good mix of Kickboxing, Muay Thai & Krav Maga in his training.
Paul has trained extensively with well known Muay Thai Instructors Kru Ronnie Thompson & Kru Bill King in Manchester and is also a certified Krav Maga Instructor.
He is certified in First Aid and in the Childrens Code Of Ethics with the Irish Sports Council and is also Garda Vetted.
